BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL ANALYSTS

The  Business and Financial Analysts roles will provide a wide range of financial analysis, planning and support to help improve business performance of assigned clients through more informed decision making.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial/accounting based role at a Manufacturing or Financial Services Industry.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish required.
  • Experience in financial analysis and project leadership.
  • Degree in finance or accounting required (MBA desirable but not required).
  • Excellent analytical skills and a questioning approach.
  • Strong PC skills – Advanced knowledge of Excel, and working knowledge of Word and Outlook.  SQL and Crystal Reports highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in valuations, a plus.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-culturally.
  • Ability to influence both vertically and horizontally.
  • Strong team player.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Reliable and naturally demonstrating initiative.
  • Understanding of challenges face in a manufacturing setting.
  • High level of personal savvy and be able to deal with conflict effectively.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Education - A bachelor’s degree in business administration, business information systems, industrial engineering or related field is required

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The Project Management role will provide a clients the proper execution of assigned initiatives to help improve business performance 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years progressively responsible professional level experience is required.
  • Experience with project management disciplines and tools including PMP certification is preferred.
  • LEAN office experience strongly preferred.  An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be substituted.
  • ASQ certifications or Baldrige experience a big plus
  • Knowledge and ability to utilize business process/reengineering/change management methodologies
  • Ability to apply and interpret statistical data analysis
  • Advanced computer skills are required including project management software, MS Office Suite and the ability to learn and utilize internal applications.
  • Ability to develop training, reference and communication materials
  • Ability to make presentations and conduct training for wide and diverse audiences
  • Business acumen and analysis skills necessary to implement the most cost effective and efficient process improvements
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Education - A bachelor’s degree in business administration, business information systems, industrial engineering or related field is required

 

ACCOUNTANTS AND AUDITORS

The  Accountant and Auditor roles will provide clients with support to perform accounting functions, audit and reviews (emphasis SOX) ensuring and the proper execution of initiatives to help improve business performance 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years progressively responsible professional level experience is required.
  • Experience with full cycle accounting. CPA is preferred.
  • Excellent communicator with strong organizational and problem solving abilities. Strong PC skills – Advanced knowledge of Excel, and Access and working knowledge of Word and Outlook.  Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP, BaaN, QuickBooks ,SQL and Crystal Reports highly desirable.
  • Ability to develop training, reference and communication materials
  • Ability to make presentations and conduct training for wide and diverse audiences
  • Previous experience in reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances; preparing financial statements; assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas; performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses; assisting in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management; maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules; exposure to GAAP and strong internal controls.

  • Education - A bachelor’s degree in business administration.

 

REGULATORY REPORTING

The Regulatory Reporting role will provide clients support in completing their Regulatory Reporting to regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years progressively responsible professional level experience is required.
  • Experience with full cycle accounting. CPA is preferred.
  • Excellent communicator with strong organizational and problem solving abilities. Strong PC skills – Advanced knowledge of Excel, and Access and working knowledge of Power Point, Word and Outlook.  Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP, BaaN, QuickBooks ,SQL and Crystal Reports highly desirable.
  • Ability to develop training, reference and communication materials
  • Ability to make presentations and conduct training for wide and diverse audiences
  • Previous experience in the preparation and review of regulatory report to local and federal agencies.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Education - A bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.

 

BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY

The Business Technology role will provide clients support in completing their technical requirements.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical based role at a Manufacturing or Financial Services Industry.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish required.
  • Experience in financial analysis and project leadership.
  • Bachelors Degree in information technology or related field required (MBA desirable but not required).
  • Excellent analytical skills and a questioning approach.
  • Strong PC skills – Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies.  To include Office, Visual Studio and Crystal Reports are required.
  • Strong RDBMS skills - Advance knowledge of Oracle, Access, MSSQL, AS/400, CICS, DB2, PeopleSoft and SAP desirable
  • Strong computer configuration skills - Advance knowledge of how to setup a computer, network and infrastructure desirable
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-culturally.
  • Strong team player.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Reliable and naturally demonstrating initiative.
  • High level of personal savvy and be able to deal with conflict effectively.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Education - A bachelor’s degree in business administration, business information systems, industrial engineering or related field is required
